Mark Scribner
Mark A. Scribner

Mark brings over 25+ years of consulting experience, and currently consults with CEOs/Owners and their executive teams from start-ups to global multinationals in applying the Organizational Health concepts captured in all of Patrick Lencioni's books. Lencioni’s approach to driving executive teams to create clarity through difficult conversations around strategy and priorities is central to any relationship and engagement.

Whether he's working with an executive team or coaching one-on-one sessions with the executive leadership team, Mark brings his passion, enthusiasm, and contagious optimism for Organizational Health to every client. 

Prior to starting Consulting and Coaching full time, Mark worked as an Engagement Leader for Salesforce, providing transformation strategy, engagement and implementation oversight and delivery team leadership. After earning his accounting degree from Harding University, he began his career with KPMG as an auditor and then Arthur Andersen’s Oil & Gas tax practice.

It was through the work in his early career that he discovered his real passion... organizational behavior and health, which led him to pursue an MBA in management and organizational behavior from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management.
